Dr Grace graduated from the University of Newcastle and trained further at Sydney Children's Hospital Network. She has dual credentialing and admitting rights for The Wollongong hospital and Wollongong Private hospital. Dr Grace has rural medicine experience working with indigenous communities in Far West NSW at Broken Hill and Wilcannia. Dr Grace has worked in hospitals gaining experience from Cairns to Melbourne, Sydney to Dubbo. Dr Grace provides teaching to medical students from the University of Wollongong.

Dr Grace communicates with other health professionals including sub-specialist paediatricians, allied health professionals to achieve holistic care of the child. Communication with teachers and educational professionals is encouraged.
