Dr Grace is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians- Paediatrics and Child Health Division. Dr Grace specialises in children's health at all ages from newborn to adolescents.
Paediatricians provide developmental care to children of all ages. Dr Grace has a special interest in neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioural problems. These include challenging behaviours, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental delay, learning difficulties and mental health concerns.
Expecting a baby?
As a Paediatrician, Dr Grace provides newborn health care, including care of neonates in the Special Care Nurseries at Wollongong Private Hospital and The Wollongong Public Hospital.
Dr Grace graduated from the University of Newcastle and completed specialist training at the Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick. Dr Grace has worked in various hospitals, from Cairns to Melbourne, Sydney to Dubbo. Dr Grace has rural medicine experience working with indigenous communities in Far West NSW at Broken Hill and Wilcannia.
She has dual accreditation and admitting rights for The Wollongong hospital and Wollongong Private hospital. Dr Grace provides teaching to medical students from the University of Wollongong.
Communication with health professionals including sub-specialists and allied health professionals is essential in providing health care for children, and is prioritised in this practice. Communication with teachers and educational professionals is encouraged.
She has settled in Wollongong with her two Children.
